This hotel offers great value for money, making it an ideal choice for both families and businesses. The variety of food options and the high quality of the local wines are definite highlights. Additionally, the hotel's attention to detail is evident in its unique events, such as wine tasting evenings and poetry nights. Lastly, the location of the hotel, practically in the slopes of the Balkan mountains and next to the famous Troyan monastery, is perfect for those looking to explore the beautiful surroundings.
All was perfect, nothing to improve.

I was pleasantly surprised by the value for money at this hotel. The prices were very reasonable for the quality of service and attention to detail provided. The hotel's location next to the Troyan Monastery was a major plus, offering stunning views of the Balkan Mountains. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, and I particularly enjoyed the huge balcony. The breakfast spread was delicious and included local Bulgarian components.
All in all, my stay at this hotel was fantastic.

This hotel offers a unique, artistic design with colorful furniture and decorations that make you feel right at home. The outdoor area is well-arranged with a lovely pool and playground, and the indoor playground is great for activities like pottery courses. The restaurant serves tasty, seasonal Bulgarian cuisine.
The staff's English language skills were limited, which made communication difficult. The breakfast options were limited and pre-made, not to everyone's liking. Additionally, the slow internet and lack of garbage cans in the rooms made it difficult to keep things clean.

This hotel is situated in an excellent location, perfect for exploring the beautiful mountains nearby. the rooms are very spacious and nicely designed with original artwork, but the cleanliness could use some improvement. the service from the staff is mostly friendly. the breakfast is included in the price and is very delicious with a nice selection of local cuisine.
The noise coming from the adjacent busy road and the uncomfortable beds with uneven mattresses detract from an otherwise lovely stay.
